The “Good Food” List

A good diet should be primarily centered on vegetables and fruits, with a healthy mix of protein-rich food. Remember that balance is the key for acquiring all of your hair’s (and the body’s) needed nutrients.

You may also want to take supplements dedicated primarily to boost hair health. Supplements rich in Folic Acid, Beta Carotene and Zinc are specially made for this purpose. (But, don’t forget to ask for the doctor’s prescriptions first.)

A balanced diet, paired with supplements (as prescribed by your doctor), is a vital step for nourishing your hair from within. While waiting for long-term effects from these, you may want to use hair products to boost the state of your hair.
