The way that hair grows is connected to every thing that you eat, but also to the family heritance. The diet for hair growth basically consists in lot of proteins and vitamins. These are the basic functions of the hair growth to take place. Hair is in fact a protein, and the more proteins your body has, the more hair it will grow. Other than this, skin is very important for hair growth. Fruits have a lot of E vitamin that can help skin to be healthy and to produce more hair on your scalp.

Milk and very derivate of it are also very good because, these have D vitamin that helps calcium stick in the bones and thus improving the keratin production. A diet for hair growth should consist in fruits and yogurt in the morning, cereals and milk. It basically depends on your preferences, but don’t exclude fruits from this daily meal. At noon you can get your body the proteins that it needs from foods such as eggs, meat and you can even have another glass of milk. In the evening you can also turn back to fruits and vegetables.

All of this provides a hair growth, not because these are foods that make your hair grow fast, but because these are foods with lots of vitamins and proteins that your hair needs to grow. A poor diet will make the body not give the things that the hair needs to grow, and keep it for its own use.

For instance, your brain needs a lot of proteins and glucoses to function, so obviously your body will give all those elements to your brain rather than your hair. This is why a healthy diet provides your body with enough vitamins for your other organs but also for your hair. The surplus of vitamins and proteins will also be added to your hair, but be careful though, these have to be vitamins that your body takes from foods not from supplies because you can get an over plus of vitamins that creates a condition called hyper-vitamin reaction. This however doesn’t happen in vitamins that you take from food.
