Ever since hair growth came into my interest, I make sure I am updated once in a while of possible innovations and solutions that might help me grow my hair healthier – in a natural way that is. One of the topics that really caught my interest the most is about hair growth recipes. These are not just simply hair growth recipes but natural hair growth recipes that make them even more interesting and appealing to me. I have always wanted to free my hair from chemicals and substances that might cause damage to my hair, or simply incapacitate my hair to grow healthy and beautiful. That is why I wanted to try something different, something that I myself would make so that I can be sure it does not contain any ingredients unnecessary for my hair.

Here are some natural hair growth recipes that I might try as soon as possible. Hope these work for me.

Hot oil treatment
1/2 cup sweet almond oil
1/4 cup apricot kernel oil
1/4 cup olive oil

Towel dry your hair after washing. Heat a small amount of the oil mixture. Apply the oil to your hair, making sure that every part is well coated. Cover hair using a shower cap and leave for 20 to 25 minutes. Wash hair using only mild shampoo.

Protein conditioner
1 egg white
5 tablespoon plain yogurt

Since hair is naturally composed of protein, protein is very essential in maintaining a healthy and strong hair. Yogurt is very rich in protein. Simply beat the egg white until it becomes foamy. Add the plain yogurt. Apply to hair gradually until entire hair is well coated. Leave for 15 minutes. Rinse hair after.

Garlic hair growth recipe
